Care, Optimism, Belief and Adaptability = The 4 values that shapes the foundation of the COBA Group. And what better way to show you Care than supporting our local Charity organisations. Our first Charity project for the year was with Hope in Christ Youth Centre near Newcastle where we had the privilege of sponsoring them with MK1 Tiles for their leisure centre.

Hope in Christ Youth Center is a registered non-profit and public benefit organisation situated 20km outside of Newcastle KZN, near the Ingogo Township. They have been operational since 2015, with the aim of providing a warm, comfortable, safe, and loving home for all our children. They promote the dignity and self-worth of all residents, and strive to give them an excellent quality of life. Hope in Christ Youth Center does not only focus on the needs of the children at the center, but also the youth in their local rural community.
They strive to uplift the youth through their programs and projects such as the computer center, gym, skills workshop, holiday care and feeding schemes. This is all made possible through the support of their community, individuals, businesses, and Add Hope KFC. Currently they are caring for 15 people; children, teens, and volunteers, with the hope to continue in helping those in need wherever they can.
Why the MK1 Rubber Tiles was the perfect product for their Leisure Centre?
We wanted to ensure that the tiles we donate to The Hope in Christ Youth Centre will last them for years to come. It needed to be a hardwearing tile that will withstand challenging and demanding conditions and it needed to be easy to install. The MK1 Rubber Tiles is all of this, and much more.
