Effective 1st July 2014, COBA Plastics (Pty) Ltd is pleased to announce the purchase of the trade and assets of RUBALOY.
COBA Plastics (Pty) Ltd offers one of the largest ranges of industrial and commercial floor matting in South Africa. COBA’s matting and flooring business continues to grow and evolve, to meet the needs of its customers across many sectors throughout South Africa. COBA’s products range from simple doormats to more elaborate entrance matting systems, along with anti-fatigue/slip-resistant matting for industrial use, as well as safety matting for the catering sector and interlocking floor tiles.
Rubaloy is an injection moulding business based in Stikland, Bellville, Cape Town. Rubaloy specialises in the manufacture of recycled rubber interlocking flooring products. Remaining at its current premises employing 18 people, Rubaloy now becomes a division of COBA Plastics (Pty) Ltd.
The present business owner and managing director, Mr Derek Berold comments:
It’s a pleasure to have worked in this business for so many years and to be able to pass the baton onto the COBA management team whom with my guidance, will I’m sure take the company to the next level.
